Procedures

1. payment of the prescribed fees in the municipal fund.
   
2. delivery of a copy of the payment receipt to the Department of Building Control.
   
3. Audit the application to ascertain the existence of irregularities or lack thereof in the system or records.
   
4. In the case of irregularities are settled and paid in the municipal fund.
   
5. Issuing clearance from the Building Control Division and approved by the head of the Department of Engineering Affairs certificate.
